Neal collected our wool rugs to give them the deep clean they were very much in need of, and returned to us yesterday. Both rugs look amazing - super clean with a great pile again. Would highly recommend

Neal was very professional from start to finish. He visited to “price the job”, checked the material the carpets were made off, discussed the methods of cleaning the carpets and made an appointment to do the work. He arrived with his equipment as planned. I am extremely pleased with cleanliness of the carpets and extremely satisfied with the price.

The carpets where in the most terrible state. The "Tenant" was the "Tenant from Hell". The agents Woodcock Holms said it was the worst case of a super flat being totally destroyed. The carpet through out were soiled. I will not enlarge on this point. I asked Mr Wilson if he could work "Magic" . "MAGIC" WAS WHAT HE DISPENSED. The cost was very fair. The arrangements for entry time of appointment was of the greatest professionalism . He will be the first port of call for any of our future needs.

Neal came and cleaned our carpets following building work, and generally being high traffic with kids and pets. They have cleaned up like new, friendly and professional service, great price, highly recommend!

What a fantastic job and a genuinely nice guy. Neal got stains out of a carpet that no-one else could. He recovered damage done by water to our sofa which had turned 2 seats a greeny colour. Absolutely amazing job. Highly recommend.

I booked Neal to clean my carpets prior to the third lockdown being announced, and the date agreed on happened to be the day lockdown started. Although I was apprehensive about still having Neal in, I really didn’t need to be. His Covid safe procedures were first rate - all of his equipment was cleaned and disinfected before he arrived, and once he’d finished, he thoroughly cleaned everything again - even the extension leads. He also changed the filters in his machine so that air from my house was not then taken to his next job. Fantastic! In terms of the wonders he worked on my carpets, I am amazed! We were thinking we’d have to replace some of our carpets but he’s got them looking like new again. Very reasonably priced, and an excellent job. Will definitely use him again - thank you Nealclean!

Neal Clean came to clean a antique (previously reupholstered) shabby, smelly old settee that I was reluctant to get rid of as it is really quirky. I was really happy with the end result, it exceeded my expectations. Friendly, prompt and professional service. Value for money. Will definitely use again and recommend to everyone I know. I was shocked at how good my carpet looks after being professionally cleaned by Neal Clean. I had my carpets cleaned last year by a different carpet cleaning company and the results were poor. This clean is truly an exceptional deep clean that has made my carpets look brand new. I would never use anyone else now. Neal also took on a challenge of cleaning a rug that had been hand made from a different country, this has come out clean and refreshed and I am very happy with the result. Outstanding professional service that is not seen often.

As well as doing an excellent job on my carpets Neal has also transformed my Travertine tiled floors downstairs. They are difficult to clean and develop holes over time. Neal has the expertise to fill in the holes and then deep cleans the floor. Neal does a professional, affordable, reliable job.

I had no idea what to expect; I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. Expert advice and explanations offered without being patronising, and the process & safety precautions were all explained really clearly. And most of all... I came home to clean and fresh carpets throughout. I’ll be using again.

We've had our light grey carpets for more than 10 years. They had been reasonably well looked after but never professionally cleaned and were starting to look a bit old and tired. A neighbour recommended Neal. In fact, she waxed lyrical. I can see why now. Wow! What an amazing transformation. To corroborate other reviews, the carpets looked and felt just as they had 10 years ago - the pile is springy, the colour is brighter, and they smell great. Neal is a professional, likeable guy with has a good sense of humour. Highly recommended.

Just had carpets in my second rental house cleaned by Neal. Not cleaned in 5 years and numerous stains of unknown origin. As previously all looking like new and smelling sweetly again. Neal is a real pro and his knowledge of different carpet types and how best to clean them without damage is second to none. Efficient, punctual, fair pricing and a nice guy to boot. Neal has carried out a stunning transformation by removing completely, black printer ink from a white deep pile carpet. I am staring at a perfectly clean carpet when the night before I had the horror of my ink jet printer discharging black ink onto this bedroom carpet.
